We partnered with Center Parcs to build their short form ecosystem from the ground up, transforming a newly launched channel into a structured, always on content system operating across multiple European markets. By embedding into their organisation and leading execution, we turned short form into a core brand channel driving audience growth, engagement, and long term demand.

Building a social-first, short-form video ecosystem across 3 different markets.

Following a major brand repositioning, Center Parcs faced a structural gap in their social ecosystem. While their established channels had large audiences, short form was underdeveloped and lacked the storytelling depth and consistency required to support organic growth and modern audience behaviour. The objective was not simply to grow a channel, but to build a scalable short form ecosystem capable of translating the traveler journey into continuous, engaging content, strengthening their brand positioning and creating a direct, owned connection with future guests across European markets.

//OUR ROLE
When we entered the partnership, the brief was focused: launch Center Parcs' TikTok channel for Benelux. What followed was something larger. As results compounded, our scope expanded. From a regional launch into a pan-European content operation covering twenty parks, four countries, and every major short-form platform. We built and managed a dedicated creator team travelling across Europe on a fixed production rhythm, embedding directly into Center Parcs' internal strategy sessions to keep creative execution aligned with broader marketing priorities as they evolved.
We did not operate as a content supplier. We functioned as the short-form team at the centre of their operation, defining strategy, owning production, and ensuring Center Parcs always had content ready to publish regardless of season, market, or moment. Thirty videos per month, every month. A unified content architecture at the top. Genuine variety and regional nuance in the content itself.
